Terms & CONDITIONS

Booking Conditions and General Information
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE BOOKING CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. PAYMENT OR A DEPOSIT IS ACCEPTANCE & UNDERSTANDING OF THESE CONDITIONS.
Reservations
In order to handle your queries and reservations efficiently, please advise exact travel dates, number of persons (children/infant with their age), Meal preferences, Rooms requirements with type, Preferred Hotels, Payment methods etc.
Confirmations
All reservation requests will be attempted to be replied within 24 hours or next working day by email.
Service Vouchers
After full payment is received, Nimbus Holidays will issue service vouchers to the customer.
Services & Tax Charges
All accommodation and meals are subject to 1.03% Services Tax and accommodation and transport is subject to 2.58% Service Tax. Any amendment in the current rates enforced by the Indian Government will be passed on to the Customer.
Payments
Full payment must be received prior to passenger’s travel. Failure to comply with this condition may result in cancellation of all reservations without notice. Performa Invoice will be send together with confirmations. Payment can be made either by bank cheque or telegraphic transfer to our banker. Cash or credit card payments (2.5% will be charged extra for master/visa) will only be received at our office in Chandigarh- India.

Cancellations
Nimbus Holidays will not impose cancellations charges but appropriate service charges will be levied. However, hotels, carriers, contractors, etc., do charge fees depending on circumstances. If suppliers impose cancellation fees, we will pass on the costs accordingly. You will be advised of the cancellations deadline at time of confirmation. It is your responsibility to find out the deadline if for whatever reason you were not informed accordingly. If charged, these will be debited to you. Cancellation fees will be levied relevant to the amount of notice prior to departure as follows:

Loss of deposit
50% of the total price.
100% of the total price

Refunds
No refunds will be available on any unused services unless extenuating circumstances apply. In such instances, final decisions will be made at the discretion of the suppliers whose services are involved. Weather interruptions to itineraries/tour packages are beyond our control. We will do all possible to rearrange services in such event, but cannot be held financially responsible for interruption under such circumstances. We strongly recommend travel insurance cover for such eventualities.
Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of all travelers to ensure they have in their possession valid passports and appropriate visas where applicable. All travel documents issued by Nimbus Holidays, including vouchers, itineraries and other reference material, will be delivered to you.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers take out appropriate travel insurance cover for all eventualities.
Responsibility
The company is not itself a carrier or hotelier, nor do we own aircraft, hotels or coaches. Booking with Nimbus Holidays is subject to the terms, conditions and limitations of liability imposed by the transportation companies, hotel contractors and other service providers who may provide you with services and facilities at the request of Nimbus Holidays. Nimbus Holidays shall not in any circumstances be held liable for and will not accept responsibility or liability for the acts, omissions, defaults or failures on the part of the transportation companies, hotel contractors and other service providers which are used in these tours.

Nimbus Holidays acts only as your agent to introduce you to service providers. We do not accept any legal liability or damage including death, injury, delay, loss of any nature, additional expenses or inconvenience howsoever caused to property or the passenger for himself and his executors, administers and dependents expressly renounces all claim against Nimbus Holidays in respect thereof, whether the same may be due to negligence, misconduct, act of omission, default or failure on the part of Nimbus Holidays or not. Nimbus Holidays will be not responsible or liable (for damages, refund or otherwise) for:

1. Mechanical breakdowns, government actions, weather, acts of God, strikes, compulsory quarantine or other services beyond its control.
2. The failure of the client to obtain the correct and required documentation (e.g., passports, visas, health certificates)
3. The failure of the client to follow instructions, including but not limited to check in, check out and departure places and times.
4. The delay of, loss of or damage to participants baggage or its contents regardless of whether check with any carrier, provider of accommodation or otherwise.

All prices are subject to alteration at the absolute discretion of the Company, and in particular but not limited to when there are tariff or fare variations for currency exchange fluctuations. The transport companies or firms concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their aircraft and/or conveyances. The airline tickets issued by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between these airlines and the purchaser of this tour and/or tour members.
Disclaimer
The client accepts that once a booking has been made with Nimbus Holidays and the required deposit paid, the client understands and accepts all terms and conditions as outlined.
